I have been cooking professionally for 28 years. If you are looking for some of the best food that WNY has to offer , look no further. I have gathered recipes and skills from a vast majority of restaurants. My mission statement is to give you the best WNY has to offer and more for a reasonable price.
I started off as a dishwasher at Olympic Family Restaurant. One day there was a few call ins and there was a cook shortage, so I was asked to step in and cook on the line. From then on I never looked back and started learning technique and skills at each restaurant I worked at. I studied menus and mastered recipes with every step into a different kitchen. I mastered Italian from places like Jovi’s Italian Grille, Orazio’s Italian Restaurant, Salvatore’s Italian Gardens, Bravo Italiano Cuccacino. I mastered international dishes via University of Buffalo, cruising, and traveling. I opened my palate for taste while working at Bistro 93, Pano’s on Elmwood, BBQ from Smokey Bones, grilling from Russell’s Steaks, Chops & More. However, I have learned the most by my own trial and error. I settled down finally a few years ago in 2022 by running my own building on a retirement community campus with Canterbury Woods. It was here where I had the ability to create my own menu and apply it. Now I want to bring my food to everyone.
